Our groups run for 12 sessions. Please refer to the calendar for specific dates. IMPORTANT NOTE: These groups are based out of Arizona. That means the times listed are in Mountain Standard Time (MST) year-round as Arizona does not participate in Daylight Savings Time.

Our coaching groups are limited to a maximum of 12 people. This creates an environment conducive to open sharing and meaningful connections. The intimate size prevents feelings of anonymity, encouraging active participation and reducing the likelihood of feeling overwhelmed. Screening is a crucial step in forming a group to ensure compatibility among members. Through screening, we can assess each individual's needs, circumstances, and goals to create a cohesive group where everyone can relate and benefit from shared experiences.

  • Break Free from Codependency and Empower Independence

Is your relationship with your child preventing them from being a self-sufficient adult? Do you find yourself constantly rescuing, fixing, or controlling their life? Are you exhausted from the drama and anxiety that comes with codependency?

This group is here to help. In a supportive community of fellow parents, you'll learn how to break the cycle of codependency and release your children to be competent adults.

    • Learn how to stop enabling behaviors that hold your child back.

    • Develop the confidence to say "no" when necessary and "yes" when it empowers their growth.

    • Replace reactive, emotional responses with calm, thoughtful ones that promote problem-solving skills.

    • Celebrate their successes, even if they don't match your vision.

  • This is a healing space for the grief others often overlook.

Are you struggling with a loss that feels invisible? Have you experienced a painful event or change in your life, but find that others don't acknowledge your grief? You're not alone.

Ambiguous grief comes without the recognition or support that follows more visible losses, like a death. Ambiguous grief stems from losses like a breakup, loss of a pet, a loved one's addiction, or even the theft of one's identity. These forms of grief can be incredibly isolating.

This group provides a non-judgmental space to process these complex emotions. With the guidance of an experienced coach, you'll connect with others who understand the weight of your invisible losses.

    In this group, you'll:

    • Give voice to your hidden pain

    • Learn coping strategies for ambiguous grief

    • Find strength in a community that truly gets it

    • Begin to heal and reclaim your sense of self

Your grief is real. Let's work through it together.
